中医药治疗非小细胞肺癌研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

在分子生物学和生物化学领域取得持续突破的背景下,肺癌治疗手段得到了前所未有的发展。无可否认,标准治疗(如手术、放疗、化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗)已为肺癌患者带来了显著的预后改善。然而,这些标准治疗方式所面临的临床局限性仍然是需要解决的重要问题。中医药以其独特的优势,积极参与非小细胞肺癌的标准治疗过程。此文将从中医药的扶正祛邪角度出发,深入探讨中药抗肿瘤的相关机制,并全面概述在肺癌标准治疗全过程中,中医药辅助治疗的应用概况。

With the continuous breakthroughs in molecular biology and biochemistry,tremendous progress has been made in the treatment of lung cancer.Undoubtedly,standard treatments(e.g.,surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy)have greatly improved the prognosis of lung cancer,but the clinical limitations of standard treatments are still a problem that needs to be solved urgently,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)actively participates in the whole process of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treatment with its own advantages.In this paper,the relevant mechanisms of TCM’s anti-tumor therapy were described from the perspective of“strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens”of TCM,and the overview of TCM adjuvant therapy in the whole process of standard treatment of NSCLC was summarized.
