中风后抑郁的中医诊疗研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

中风后抑郁(PSD)是中风后常见并发症之一,其病因病机多为中风后脑部受损,脏腑亏虚,情志内伤。中风后抑郁严重影响了卒中患者认知功能及神经功能恢复。西医治疗中风后抑郁大多以抗抑郁药物为主要手段。中医治疗中风后抑郁多采用针刺、中药、艾灸、音乐疗法等,具有费用低、操作简便、毒副作用少等特点。此文从中风后抑郁的病因病机、中医治疗等方面入手,综述近年来中医治疗脑卒中后抑郁的研究进展,以期为临床治疗提供新的思路和参考。

Post-stroke depression(PSD)is one of the common complications of stroke.The etiology and pathogenesis of stroke are mostly caused by brain damage,visceral deficiency and emotional internal injuries.PSD seriously affects the cognitive function and neurological recovery of stroke patients.Western medicine mostly uses antidepressants as the main treatment for PSD.Traditional Chinese medicine often uses acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine,moxibustion,music,and other therapies to treat PSD,which has the characteristics of low cost,easy operation and less toxic and side effects.This article summarized the progress of the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical treatment of PSD in China in recent years,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment and study of this disease.
