基于筋膜学说探讨雷火神针治疗顽固性呃逆

Thunder-fire Moxibustion in the Treatment of Intractable Hiccup Based on the Fascia Theory

呃逆以气逆上冲,喉间呃呃作响,声短而平,不能自止为主要临床表现。随着人们饮食方式的改变,比如好食生冷、辛辣以及烟酒刺激,使此病发病率随之升高。顽固性呃逆的发病会影响患者的呼吸、进食、睡眠、情志等诸多方面,严重影响患者的正常生活。笔者在宁夏回族自治区中医医院暨中医研究院针灸科门诊跟师学习时,发现在治疗顽固性呃逆的过程中采取雷火神针对于缓解呃逆症状效果较好,并且在施术过程中,操作方便、安全有效,患者依从性高。此文基于筋膜学说探讨雷火神针治疗顽固性呃逆的机制,以供临床参考。

Hiccup is characterized by an upward movement of qi,a sound in the throat,a short and flat sound,and inability to self-stop as the main clinical manifestation.With the change of people’s eating style,such as good food,raw cold,spicy stimulation,and the stimulation of tobacco and alcohol,the incidence rate of the disease increases.The onset of stubborn hiccup will affect the patient’s breathing,eating,sleeping,emotion and many other aspects,seriously affecting the patient’s normal life.During the outpatient consultation with the doctor,the author found that the thunder-fire moxibustion had a good effect on alleviating the symptoms of diaphragmatic hiccup,and during the surgery,it is convenient,economical,safe,and effective,and patients are also more likely to accept it.This article provided a treatment method for stubborn hiccup for clinical reference.
