针刺结合推拿治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

Acupuncture Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察针刺结合面部推拿治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将2021年1月—2022年12月长治医学院附属和平医院收治的60例周围性面瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。2组患者基础用药相同,观察组予以针刺配合面部推拿治疗,对照组予以针刺治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组面神经功能分级、痊愈患者治疗次数、躯体功能评分、症状体征积分、治愈率均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的社会功能评分及总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在基础治疗的同时,针刺结合面部推拿较单纯针刺能提高周围性面瘫治愈率,缩短治疗时间,获得更好的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with facial massage in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Sixty patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to Heping Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College from January 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Basic medication was the same in 2 groups.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with facial massage,while the control group was treated with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result After treatment,the functional grade of facial nerve,treatment times of cured patients,physical function score,symptom and sign score and cure rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in social function score and total effective rate between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In addition to basic treatment,acupuncture combined with facial massage can improve the cure rate,shorten the treatment time,and achieve better clinical efficacy compared to simple acupuncture.
