通络化痰汤联合康复治疗脑梗死患者40例

Tongluo Huatan Decoction Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction for 40 Cases

目的探究脑梗死患者应用通络化痰汤联合康复治疗的疗效。方法筛选侯马市人民医院2021年11月—2022年11月医治的80例脑梗死患者,依据随机数字表法设为对照组与观察组,各40例。2组均给予常规治疗,对照组加用康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予通络化痰汤,分析2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率较对照组显著提高,偏瘫发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、NIHSS评分、血清NSE、MBP、S100β较对照组显著降低,FMA评分较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通络化痰汤联合康复治疗应用于脑梗死患者,能够进一步提高临床治疗效果,减轻中医证候,降低偏瘫发生率,促进神经、运动功能恢复,减轻脑组织受损程度,有较高推广价值。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Tongluo Huatan decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy on cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Houma People’s Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given Tongluo Huatan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased compared to the control group,and the incidence of hemiplegia was significantly reduced compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group received TCM syndrome scores,NIHSS scores,serum NSE,MBP,S100βCompared with the control group,the FMA score was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Tongluo Huatan decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy in patients with cerebral infarction can further improve clinical treatment effectiveness,reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,reduce the incidence of hemiplegia,and promote the recovery of neurological and motor functions,reduce the degree of brain tissue damage,and has high promotion value.
