中和医派养心定悸胶囊预防环肺静脉电隔离术后房颤复发的研究

Study on the Prevention of Atrial Fibrillation Recurrence after Circumpulmonary Venous Electrical Isolation by Using Yangxin Dingzhe Capsule of Zhonghe Medical School

目的探讨中和派理论指导下的养心定悸胶囊预防阵发性房颤患者单环肺静脉电隔离术后复发的临床疗效。方法选取2019年2月—2022年2月九江市第一人民医院收治的采用单环肺静脉电隔离术治疗的阵发性房颤患者,随机分为对照组(30例)和试验组(35例)。对照组术后采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗同时加用养心定悸胶囊进行治疗,对2组患者进行随访评估术后阵发性房颤复发情况。结果治疗后,试验组复发率、EHRA评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组心功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养心定悸胶囊能够有效降低阵发性房颤患者术后复发率,减轻症状,提高临床治疗收益。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Dingzhe capsule in preventing recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients after single ring pulmonary vein electrical isolation surgery.Methods From February 2019 to February 2022,patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated with single ring pulmonary vein electrical isolation surgery in Jiujiang First People’s Hospital were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and an experimental group of 35 cases.The control group received routine treatment after surgery,while the experimental group received both routine treatment and Yangxin Dingzhe capsules.Both groups of patients were followed up to evaluate the recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after surgery.Results After treatment,the recurrence rate and EHRA score of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Cardiac function indexes of experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Dingzhe capsule can effectively reduce the postoperative recurrence rate,alleviate symptoms,and improve clinical treatment benefits in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
