中药凝胶治疗痤疮痘印临床观察

Chinese Medicine Gel in the Treatment of Acne Mark

目的观察中药凝胶治疗痤疮痘印的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2022年11月—2022年12月上海市浦东新区中医医院就诊的痤疮痘印受试者33例,给予中药凝胶涂擦,早晚1次,正常护肤,观察受试者治疗前后皮损大小、数量、颜色、情绪评分、不良反应,判断其临床疗效及安全性。结果中药凝胶治疗痤疮痘印总有效率为96.97%(32/33),治疗前后受试者各项皮损评分、情绪评分及总评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药凝胶治疗痤疮痘印具有较好的临床疗效,可改善皮损大小、数量及色沉程度。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine gel on acne mark.Methods A total of 33 patients with acne mark in Shannghai Pudonng New Area Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects and were asked to apply Chinese medicine gel on their acne mark once in the morning and once in the evening while insist normal skin care.The size,quantity,color,emotional score and adverse reactions of the patients before and after treatment were observed to determine the clinical efficacy and safety.Results The total effective rate of Chinese medicine gel in the treatment of acne mark was 96.97%(32/33),and there were statistically significant differences in various skin lesion scores,emotional scores and total scores before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine gel has a good clinical effect in treating acne mark,and can improve the size,quantity and color of skin lesions.
