耳穴压豆联合苍耳子炒麻油滴鼻治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Auricular Point Pressing Bean Therapy Combined with Cocklebur Seed Frying Sesame Oil Nasal Drops in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合苍耳子炒麻油滴鼻治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年7月—2022年6月赣州市南康区第一人民医院门诊收治的120例AR患儿分为耳穴压豆组、中药组和综合组,各40例。综合组采用基础治疗+耳穴压豆+苍耳子炒麻油滴鼻治疗,中药组采用基础治疗+苍耳子炒麻油滴鼻治疗,耳穴压豆组采用基础治疗+耳穴压豆治疗,3组均治疗8周。对比3组临床疗效、症状评分、体征评分、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平、嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)和不良反应。结果与中药组、耳穴压豆组比较,综合组治疗总有效率较高,症状、体征评分及IgE、Eos水平较其余2组低(均P<0.05)。结论儿童AR应用耳穴压豆联合苍耳子炒麻油滴鼻治疗效果较佳,可显著改善临床症状,降低IgE、Eos水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of auricular point pressing bean therapy combined with cocklebur seed frying sesame oil nasal drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)in children.Methods A total of 120 children with AR admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Nankang District from July 2020 to June 2022 were divided into auricular point pressing bean group,traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive group,with 40 cases in each group.The comprehensive group was treated with basic treatment,auricular point pressing bean and cocklebur seed frying sesame oil nasal drops,the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with basic treatment and cocklebur seed frying sesame oil nasal drops,and the auricular point pressing bean group was treated with basic treatment and auricular point pressing bean,all 3 groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,sign score,immunoglobulin E(IgE)level,eosinophilic granulocytes(Eos)and adverse reactions of the 3 groups were compared.Results Compared with the Chinese medicine group and the auricle point pressure bean group,the total effective rate of the comprehensive group was higher,and the scores of symptoms and signs,IgE and Eos levels were lower than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of auricular point pressing bean therapy and cocklebur seed frying sesame oil nasal drops is more effective for children with AR,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,reduce IgE and Eos levels,and is worth promoting.
