基于经筋理论探讨针刀髌周松解法对膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞凋亡的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Peripatellar Release Method on Chondrocyte Apoptosis with Knee Osteoarthritis Based on Meridian Theory

目的观察针刀髌周筋结松解后对膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞凋亡的影响。方法随机将18只新西兰兔平均分为空白组、模型组和针刀组。针刀组运用改良的Videman法造模成功后进行针刀干预4周,模型组只进行造模,空白组常规饲养无干预。干预结束后对各组兔进行行为学评估、软骨肉眼大体观评估、软骨形态学评估和软骨细胞凋亡率检测。结果与模型组相比,针刀组左膝关节Lequesne评分显著降低(P<0.05);关节面较光滑,软骨面光泽感增加;软骨表层较平整,软骨厚度增加,软骨细胞数量增多,排列较为整齐;软骨细胞凋亡率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论针刀围髌周筋结松解能减少膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞的凋亡,延缓软骨退变。

Objective To observe the effect of acupotomy on chondrocyte apoptosis in rabbits with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)after release of tendon knot around patella.Methods Eighteen New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group and acupotomy group.The acupotomy group was treated with acupotomy intervention for 4 weeks after successful modeling by the improved Videman method.The model group was treated only with modeling,and the blank group was not treated with conventional feeding.After the intervention,the behavior evaluation,gross cartilage view evaluation,cartilage morphology evaluation and chondrocyte apoptosis rate were performed.Results Compared with the model group,the Lequesne score of the left knee joint in the acupotomy group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Articular surface was smoother,cartilage surface glossiness increased,cartilage surface was smoother,cartilage thickness increased,cartilage cells arranged in order and increased in number,apoptosis rate of cartilage cells decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy can effectively reduce the apoptosis of cartilage cells and delay cartilage degeneration in KOA rabbits.
