逯俭主任运用微针强通法治疗腰痹经验

Experience of Director Lu Jian in Treating Lumbar Arthralgia with Micro Needle Strong Communication Method

此文结合腰痹的病因病机进行全面概述,确定腰痹的发病机制。介绍了微针强通法的循行线路、经筋循行部位及辨经要点,依据君臣佐使原则精选取穴实施,且以患者感受到酸麻胀痛为宜,并追求针入痛止的临床效果。结合腰痹的病因病机,明确了郄穴、合穴、交会穴等特定穴,指出从患者特征出发合理调整选穴方案,以便达到更好的效果。最后结合笔者临床工作中3则医案,对微针强通法的临床应用实践方法进行进一步概述。

The author participated in the second phase of the Chinese Medicine Health and Elderly Care Appropriate Technology Micro Needle Strong Communication Method project and followed Teacher Lu Jian to learn the Micro Needle Strong Communication Method.This article first provided a comprehensive overview of the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbago,and determined the pathogenesis of lumbago.Secondly,the article introduced the circulation route and key points of meridian differentiation for the micro needle strong circulation method,as well as the principles of selecting acupoints for selection and implementation based on the principles of monarchs,ministers,and assistants.The clinical effect of needle insertion and pain relief is also pursued,with patients experiencing pain and numbness.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbar obstruction,specific acupoints such as Xi,He,and Jiao were identified,and it was pointed out that the acupoint selection plan should be adjusted reasonably based on the patient's characteristics to achieve better results.Finally,combined with three medical cases in the author's clinical work,the clinical application and practice of micro needle strong communication method were further summarized.
