基于数据挖掘浅析妇科名家治疗PCOS用药规律

Analysis on Medication Rules of Famous Gynecologists in the Treatment of PCOS Based on Data Mining

目的运用中医传承辅助平台(V 2.5)探讨全国中医妇科名家治疗多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)组方及用药规律。方法阅读并筛选《妇科名家诊治多囊卵巢综合征临证经验》医案,通过中医传承辅助平台(V 2.5)建立方剂数据库,采用频数分析、关联规则、聚类分析等方法进行数据的统计与分析。结果共筛选出书中方剂240首,涉及231味中药,其中使用药物频次≥50次的药物有17味,前5味分别为:当归、菟丝子、香附、茯苓、川芎;药物归经以肝经为主,其次为肾、脾经;药物四气以温平为主;药味以甘为主。通过关联规则分析得到12条药物组合;通过聚类分析可得到核心药物组合14组,新处方7首。结论全国中医妇科名家治疗PCOS多围绕肝肾脾论治,在补血调血的基础上,佐以补益肝肾、疏肝健脾、活血化瘀、燥湿化痰。

Objective To explore the prescription and medication rule of prestigious TCM gynecologists in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)by using the traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance assistance platform(V2.5).Methods The clinical experience of gynecologists in diagnosing and treating PCOS was screened.The prescription database was established by TCM inheritance assistance platform(V 2.5),and the data were statistically analyzed by frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis.Results A total of 240 prescriptions in the book were screened,involving 231 Chinese herbs,among which 17 drugs with frequency≥50 times were as follows:angelica,cuscuta seed,Xiangfu,poria,ligusticum Chuanxiong,Radix rehmanniae,white peony root,salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix bupleurum,wolfberry,Tangerine peel,red peony root,Radix bupleurum,atractylodes,dictyloides.Hepatic channel was the main channel,followed by kidney and spleen channel.The four qi of drugs were mainly warm and flat,followed by cold.The main medicinal taste is sweet,followed by bitter tastes.Twelve drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysis.Fourteen core drug combinations and seven new prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion The treatment of PCOS by the famous gynecologists of traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on the treatment of liver,kidney and spleen,on the basis of replenishing the blood and regulating the blood,supplementing the liver and kidney,soothing the liver and spleen,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis dry dampness and reduce phlegm.
