基于数据挖掘探讨中药辟疫香囊组方规律

Prescription Rules of Chinese Medicine Anti-epidemic Sachet Based on Data Mining

目的采用数据挖掘法分析中药辟疫香囊的组方规则,为新药制备和临床实践提供新的思路。方法通过SPSS Modeler 18.0软件运用Aprior算法分析处方药物组合的关联规则,并利用SPSS Statistic 23.0行聚类分析,以得到高频药物配伍。同时运用Gephi 0.10.1行复杂网络可视化分析,以获得基础中药。结果中药辟疫香囊组方,药物多为性温,味辛,归肝、脾、胃、肺经;高频中药药性多具有香气,分布在化湿药、攻毒杀虫止痒药、温里药、解表药及开窍药等类别;关联规则、聚类分析和复杂网络分析结果显示朱砂、雄黄、虎骨、雌黄、艾叶、苍术、广藿香为中药香囊基础药物组合。结论中药辟疫香囊组方多以朱砂、雄黄、虎骨、雌黄、艾叶、苍术、广藿香为基础药物组合,共奏预防功效。

Objective To analyze the prescription rules of anti-epidemic sachet by data mining method,and to provide new ideas for new drug preparation and clinical practice.Methods The Aprior algorithm was used to analyze the association rules of prescription drug combinations by SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,and SPSS Statistic 23.0 line cluster analysis was used to obtain high-frequency drug compatibility.At the same time,Gephi 0.0.1 was visualized by complex network analysis to obtain basic Chinese medicine.Results Chinese medicine anti-epidemic sachet,the drug is mostly warm,spicy,liver,spleen,stomach,lung medicine;high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine has more aroma,which is distributed in dampness-resolving drugs,poison-killing and antipruritic drugs,interior-warming drugs,exterior-releasing drugs and resuscitation drugs.The results of association rules,cluster analysis and complex network analysis showed that cinnabar,realgar,tiger bone,orpiment,mugwort leaf,atractylodes rhizome and ageratum were the basic drug combinations of traditional Chinese medicine sachets.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine anti-epidemic sachet is mostly based on the combination of cinnabar,realgar,tiger bone,orpiment,mugwort leaf,atractylodes and ageratum,which plays a preventive role.
