肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎研究进展

Research Progress of Shenyan Kangfu Tablet Combined with Losartan Potassium in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

临床研究发现,肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾片能有效减轻肾小球损伤,有助于修复受损肾小球足细胞,能有效降低尿蛋白、尿红细胞、血肌酐等,对治疗慢性肾小球肾炎有较好的预后效果,具有疗效确切、用药安全等优势。此文对慢性肾小球肾炎的中医病因病机、治疗原则加以概述,对肾炎康复片组方机制、氯沙坦钾片作用机制以及联合用药的临床研究进展进行综述,总结肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的经验。

Clinical studies have found that Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with Losartan Potassium tablets can effectively reduce glomerular injury,help repair damaged glomerular podocytes,and effectively reduce urinary protein,urinary red blood cells,blood creatinine,etc.,which has a good prognostic effect on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,and has the advantages of accurate efficacy and drug safety.This article summarized the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine in chronic glomerulonephritis,and reviewed the formulation mechanism of Shenyan Kangfu tablets,the action mechanism of losartan potassium tablets and the clinical research progress of combined drug use,and summarized the experience of Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with Losartan Potassium tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
