摘要
目的为提高中医学专业本科生临床实践技能寻找更好的教学模式。方法通过文献研究,充分阅读国内外关于SPOC混合教学模式的相关文献,结合专家访谈意见、课程特点和自身教学经验,实验性地将SPOC混合教学模式应用于中医诊断学实训教学中。结果问卷调查显示86.5%的学生认为临床实践技能有所提高,88.5%的学生认为有助于临床辨证思维的构建,92.3%的学生认为激发了学习中医的兴趣。结论SPOC混合教学模式能够提高中医诊断实训课程的教学效果,是值得推广的教学模式。
Objective To find a better teaching model for improving the clinical practice skills of undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Through literature research,the authors fully read the relevant literature about SPOC mixed teaching mode at home and abroad,combined with the opinions of experts,the characteristics of the course and teaching experience,experimentally applied the SPOC mixed teaching mode to the practical teaching of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine.Results The questionnaire survey showed that 86.5%of the students think that clinical practice skills have improved,88.5%of the students think that it is helpful to the construction of clinical dialectical thinking,and 92.3%of the students think that it has stimulated the interest in learning traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion SPOC mixed teaching model can improve the clinical practice skills of medical students,and it is worth popularizing.
