中医疗法联合低剂量利培酮治疗精神分裂症48例

Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Low Dose Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia for 48 Cases

目的探讨中医辨证联合低剂量利培酮治疗精神分裂症临床效果。方法选择福州市长乐区第六医院2021年1月—2022年6月收治的精神分裂症患者96例,随机均分成2组,各48例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,试验组在利培酮药物剂量减半的基础上采用清心定志汤和针刺。比较2组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、PANSS评分、社会功能、生活质量、认知功能和满意度。结果试验组治疗效果、PANSS评分、社会功能评分、生活质量评分、认知功能评分和满意度均优于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论中医辨证联合低剂量利培酮治疗精神分裂症可提高治疗总有效率,提高患者生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,提升患者满意度,对完善患者社会功能,具有很好的临床效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with low-dose risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods Ninety-six patients with schizophrenia in Changle District Sixth Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation on the basis of halving the risperidone dosage,that is,Qingxin Dingzhi decoction and acupuncture and moxibustion were used for two months.The therapeutic effect,adverse reaction rate,PANSS score,social function,quality of life,cognitive function and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect,PANSS score,social function score,quality of life score,cognitive function score,and satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,while the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and low-dose risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia can improve therapeutic efficiency,increase patient quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve patient satisfaction,improve patient social function,and has good clinical effects.
