胃苓汤联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿蕴证临床观察

Weiling Decoction Combined with Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets in the Treatment of Syndrome of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Accumulation of Ulcerative Colitis

目的观察胃苓汤加味联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片对治疗轻、中度初发型溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效研究。方法将64例轻、中度初发型溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组(32例),对照组(32例)。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片,治疗组给予胃苓汤加味联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片。治疗6周后,对2组患者中医证候积分、临床疗效、病变黏膜疗效等进行比较。结果治疗后,2组患者中医证候积分、临床疗效、病变黏膜疗效均较治疗前好转,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃苓汤加味联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿蕴证具有显著临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Weiling decoction combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with mild and moderate primary ulcerative colitis.Methods Sixty-four patients with mild and moderate primary ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group of 32 cases and control group of 32 cases.The control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the treatment group was treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets and Weiling decoction.After 6 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy and curative effect of diseased mucosa were analyzed and summarized.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy and curative effect of pathological mucosa in 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Weiling decoction combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets has significant clinical effect on syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation of ulcerative colitis.
