电针灸对轻度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者睡眠质量及炎症反应的影响

Effect of Electro-acupuncture on Sleep Quality and Inflammatory Response in Patients with Mild Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

目的研究电针灸对轻度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者睡眠质量及炎症反应的影响。方法此次的100例研究对象均于山西中医药大学附属医院收治的轻度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者中选取,选例时间为2019年7月—2020年12月,将其分为对照组(50例)和试验组(50例),分组依据随机数字表法。对照组接受无创正压通气治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合电针灸治疗,对2组患者均进行连续1个月的治疗。将2组患者治疗前后睡眠监测情况、血清IL-6、NF-kB、TNF-α水平及治疗后的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果治疗后经对比可发现,试验组的临床总有效率(92.00%)明显较对照组(76.00%)处于较高水平;较治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者AHI均减少,试验组少于对照组;2组夜间最低SpO;水平均升高,试验组高于对照组;2组最长呼吸暂停时间均缩短,试验组短于对照组;2组血清IL-6、NF-kB、TNF-α水平均降低,试验组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论临床上对于轻度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的治疗过程中,通过电针灸可有效减轻患者的临床症状,提供其整体睡眠质量,同时可降低IL-6、NF-kB、TNF-α水平,抑制炎症反应,治疗效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of electro-acupuncture on sleep quality and inflammatory response in patients with mild obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods The 100 study subjects were selected from patients with mild obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome admitted to our hospital.The selection period was from July 2019 to December 2020,and they were divided into a control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50),and grouping is based on random number table method.The control group received non-invasive positive pressure ventilation therapy,and the experimental group was treated with electro-acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were treated for 1 month continuously.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment,sleep monitoring before and after treatment,and serum IL-6,NF-kB,and TNF-αlevels were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%).Compared with before treatment,the AHI of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was less than the control group.The lowest SpO;level of the two groups at night increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group.The longest apnea time of the two groups was shortened,and the experimental group was shorter than the control group,the serum IL-6,NF-kB,TNF-αlevels of the two groups decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of mild obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,electro-acupuncture can effectively reduce the patient’s clinical symptoms,improve their overall sleep quality,and reduce IL-6,NF-kB,and TNF.-αlevel,inhibit inflammatory reaction,and has significant effect.
