中医分型论治不育症精子碎片率过高临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Classification in the Treatment of Sperm DNA Integrity of Infertility for 90 Cases

目的探讨不育症精子碎片率过高患者应用中医分型论治方式展开治疗的临床疗效。方法将90例不育患者的精子DNA碎片分观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,采用中医分型论治,连续治疗3个月。检测2组患者治疗前后DFI指数。结果治疗后2组患者治的DFI指数均有下降,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不育症患者因精子碎片率过高接受中医分型论治,有显著降低精子DNA碎片的疗效,改善精子质量,提高受孕率,明显降低女方复发性流产的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of infertility patients with high sperm fragmentation rate by traditional Chinese medicine classification and treatment.Methods Sperm DNA fragments of 90 infertile patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine classification on the basis of the control group treatment for 3 months.DFI was measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the DFI index of the two groups of patients were decreased,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infertility patients with sperm fragmentation rate is too high to accept traditional Chinese medicine treatment,which can significantly reduce the efficacy of sperm DNA fragments,improve sperm quality,improve pregnancy rate,and significantly reduce the incidence of recurrent abortion.
