基于《伤寒杂病论》探讨茯苓配伍应用规律

Discussion on the Compatible and Application Rules of Poria Based on Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases

通过搜集整理《伤寒杂病论》中配伍应用茯苓的36首经方及33条相关条文,对以上经方所主病症进行总结归纳,指出仲景用茯苓多治疗吐利、痞满、眩悸、小便不利、重、渴、厥等水湿痰饮疾患。对经方中所涉及药物进行统计,发现常见茯苓配伍药物有甘草、桂枝、白术、干姜、生姜、芍药、人参、半夏、附子、泽泻、细辛、山药等。按性味、归经对以上药物进行分析统计,总结出仲景使用茯苓的规律:多将其与性温、辛甘、归肺、脾经药物配伍,从温阳、益气、利水3个方面治疗水湿痰饮疾患。

Through the collection of 36 prescriptions and 33 related clauses containing Poria in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,the diseases treated by the above-mentioned classical prescription were summarized,pointing out that Zhongjing mostly used Poria to treat water,dampness,phlegm and fluid disorders,such as vomiting,fullness,dizziness,palpitations,poor urination,heavy,thirst,and seizures.According to statistics on the drugs involved in the prescriptions,it is found that the common compatible drugs of Indian bread are licorice,cassia twig,white atractylodes rhizome,dried ginger,ginger,peony,ginseng,pinellia,aconite,Alisma,asarum,Dioscoreae Rhizoma etc.According to the analysis and statistics of the above drugs according to the nature and flavor and the meridian,the law of Zhongjing’s use of Poria is summarized.It is more compatible with the drugs for warm resistance,sweet and returning to the lung,spleen meridian.From the three aspects of warming yang,tonifying qi,and inducing diuresis to fluid-dampness and retention of phlegm and fluid.
