中医治疗脾肾阳虚型肥胖症的临床研究进展

Clinical Study on Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Obesity with Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Syndrome

肥胖是指由于机体摄入的热量大于消耗的热量导致脂肪异常堆积的一种代谢性疾病,肥胖不仅影响外形的美观,而且会增加心血管疾病、糖尿病、慢性肾病等疾病的风险,肥胖已经成为重要的公众健康问题。中医疗法治疗肥胖症疗效显著,脾肾阳虚型肥胖是肥胖症中尤为重要的一种证型。通过整理分析近10年关于中医疗法治疗脾肾阳虚型肥胖症的相关文献,从中药内服、针刺疗法、灸法、推拿疗法、穴位埋线疗法以及综合疗法等方面的临床研究现状进行阐述,以期为临床优化治疗方案提供参考。

Obesity refers to a metabolic disease caused by abnormal accumulation of fat due to the body’s intake of calories more than the consumption of calories.Obesity not only affects the appearance of beauty,but also increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases,diabetes,chronic kidney disease and other diseases.Obesity has become an important public health issue.Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on obesity,and obesity with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney is a particularly important syndrome in obesity.By sorting out and analyzing the literature on therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for obesity of deficiency of spleen and kidney in recent 10 years,this paper expounds the clinical research status of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine,acupuncture therapy,moxibustion therapy,massage therapy,acupoint catgut embedding therapy and comprehensive therapy,so as to provide reference for clinical optimization of treatment plan.
