鍉圆针定量痧疗术治疗便秘型肠易激综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Spoon Needle Quantitative Scrapping Therapy in the Treatment of Constipation Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的探讨鍉圆针定量痧疗术在便秘型肠易激综合征患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月—2019年5月便秘型肠易激综合征患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组给予胃动力剂多潘立酮片治疗,观察组采用鍉圆针定量痧疗术治疗,14 d治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较2组临床疗效及证候积分。结果观察组鍉圆针定量痧疗术治疗后14 d总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组65.00%(P<0.05);2组治疗后14 d证候积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后14 d大便干结、脘腹胀满、排便困难、四肢不温及腹痛积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鍉圆针定量痧疗术用于便秘型肠易激综合征患者中能获得较高的近期疗效,能改善患者证候积分,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of spoon needle quantitative scrapping therapy in the treatment of constipation irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 80 patients with constipated irritable bowel syndrome from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into the control group(n=40 cases)and the observation group(n=40 cases).The control group was given domperidone tablets.The observation group was treated with spoon needle quantitative scrapping therapy.After treatment of 14 d,the effect of patients was evaluated,and clinical curative effect and syndrome was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%which was higher than 65.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The syndrome scores of both groups were lower at 14 d after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).The score of dry stools,abdominal distension and fullness,difficulty in defecation,temperature of limbs and abdominal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 14 days after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The spoon needle quantitative scrapping therapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome constipation can get higher in the near future curative effect,can improve patients’syndrome integral,and is worthy of promotion.
