老年髋部骨折常见中医病证分析

Analysis on Common Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases and Syndromes of Hip Fracture in the Elderly Patients

老年髋部骨折是骨科常见疾病,也是老年人群跌倒后最易发生的骨折,是造成老年患者死亡最常见的原因之一。中医辨证施治能增强患者正气,提高抗病能力,减少卧床相关并发症,促进患者康复。我院骨科对老年髋部骨折患者开通绿色通道,采用手术治疗与中医辨证施治结合,促进老年患者快速康复。现将对老年髋部骨折临床常见中医病证进行分析,以总结经验,指导临床工作。

Hip fracture in the elderly is a common orthopedic disease,and it is also the most frequent fracture in the elderly after falling,which is one of the most common causes of death in elderly patients.TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation can enhance the patient’s vital energy,improve the disease resistance,reduce the bed related complications,and promote the recovery of patients.The department of orthopedics of our hospital opens a green channel for the elderly patients with hip fracture,and adopts the combination of surgical treatment and TCM syndrome differentiation to promote the rapid recovery of the elderly patients.Now we will analyze the common clinical TCM syndromes of hip fracture in the elderly to summarize the experience and guide the clinical work.
