超声下引流联合柴胡清肝汤治疗肝脓肿临床观察

The Application of Ultrasound Drainage Combined with Chaihu Qinggan Decoction in the Treatment of Liver Abscess

目的探讨超声下引流联合柴胡清肝汤在肝脓肿中的应用效果。方法随机选取2012年2月—2019年3月诊治的62例肝脓肿患者。采用随机数字表法分为2组。对照组31例患者采取超声下引流等常规治疗。观察组31例患者在对照组基础上采用柴胡清肝汤治疗。对比2组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率95.24%,高于对照组患者总有效率70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清CRP、PCT表达水平无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组CRP、PCT表达水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肝功能指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取超声下引流联合柴胡清肝汤治疗可有效改善肝脓肿患者治疗质量,并且柴胡清肝汤抑制炎症因子的作用也有利于改善患者肝功能,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound drainage combined with Chaihu Qinggan decoction in the treatment of liver abscess.Methods 62 patients with liver abscess were randomly selected from February 2012 to March 2019.Random number table method was used to divide them into two groups.In the control group,31 patients received routine treatment such as ultrasound drainage.31 patients in the observation group were treated with Chaihu Qinggan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.24%in the observation group and 70.97%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CRP and PCT between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and PCT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of liver function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound drainage combined with Chaihu Qinggan decoction can effectively improve the quality of treatment for patients with liver abscess,and Chaihu Qinggan decoction can also help improve the liver function of patients by inhibiting inflammatory factors.It is worth popularizing and applying.
