柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction in Treating Post-stroke Depression Patients

目的观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤对脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月—2019年6月收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者80例,根据盲抽法将其分为2组,各40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,治疗2个月后,比较2组临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及CSS评分。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组总有效率高,CSS、HAMD评分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予脑卒中后抑郁患者柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,可提高临床疗效,减轻神经功能缺损程度,改善抑郁症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction in patients with depression after stroke.Methods Eighty patients with post-stroke depression treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the blind drawing method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.On the basis of this,the observation group was treated with Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction.After 2 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score and CSS score of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was high,the CSS and HAMD scores were low,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction in patients with post-stroke depression can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the degree of neurological deficits and improve the symptoms of depression.
