温阳败毒饮对脓毒症血小板参数的影响

Effect of Wenyang Baidu Drink on Platelet Parameters in Sepsis

目的观察温阳败毒饮对脓毒症血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、大血小板比积(P-LCR)水平的影响。方法选取2016年7月—2018年12月收治的脓毒症患者60例。随机分为治疗组和对照组。2组均给予常规治疗(包括控制感染、循环支持、呼吸功能支持、营养支持等对症支持治疗);治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用温阳败毒饮,每日1剂,早晚分服,连用3 d。观察治疗前后2组患者APACHEⅡ评分,比较2组28 d病死率;同时检测所有入选病例治疗1 d、3 d的静脉PLT、MPV、PDW、P-LCR水平。结果2组患者治疗后PLT较治疗前升高,MPV、PDW、P-LCR均有所下降,治疗3 d后治疗组较常规组改善更明显,有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组APACHEⅡ评分较对照组降低(P<0.05);2组28 d死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论常规治疗基础上加用温阳败毒饮能够改善脓毒症患者血小板数量,降低MPV、PDW、P-LCR,改善脓毒症患者短期APACHEⅡ评分。

Objective To observe the effects of Wenyang Baidu drink on septic patients,platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet volume distributiom width(PDW)and large platelet specific volume(P-LCR).Methods Sixty patients with sepsis were selected from July 2016 to December 2018.60 cases of severe septic patients were randomly divided into the control group of 30 cases was given conventional treatment and the treatment group of 30 cases was treated with Wenyang Baidu drink and conventional treatment.Before the treatment and 1,3 day after the treatment,PLT,MPV,PDW,P-LCR and APACHEⅡscore in two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results At 1,3 day after the treatment,PLT of the treatment group was significantly higher than that before the treatment.Compared with the control group after 3 day,there were statistical differences in PLT,MPV,PDW,and P-LCR of the treatment group(P<0.05).APACHEⅡscore of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the 28-day survival rate between the two groups.Conclusions On the basis of conventional treatment,Wenyang Baidu drink can improve the number of platelets,reduce MPV,PDW,P-LCR,and improve the short-term APACHEⅡscore of sepsis patients.
