随着现代生活质量评估的发展,许多疾病病种的实验研究及临床疗效的评估选择生活质量评估问卷方法。此外,因为许多生活质量评估问卷都来源于国外,所以临床大夫需要综合考虑文化的差异性而选择合适的问卷。评估生活质量问卷是否合适,目前主要的方法是通过统计学方法来评价此调查问卷内容的信度、效度和敏感性。目前,多数学者采用圣乔治呼吸问卷、莱塞斯特咳嗽问卷、支扩症特异性生活质量问卷来评估支气管扩张症的临床研究及实验研究。

With the development of modern quality of life assessment,the experimental study of many disease types and the evaluation of clinical efficacy select the quality of life assessment questionnaire method.In addition,because many quality of life assessment questionnaires are derived from abroad,clinical doctors need to consider the cultural differences to choose the appropriate questionnaire.To assess whether the quality of life questionnaire is appropriate,the current main method is to evaluate the reliability,validity and sensitivity of the questionnaire through statistical methods.At present,most scholars use the St.George’s Respiratory Questionnaire,the Lesess Cough Questionnaire,and the Dyspromia-specific Quality of Life Questionnaire to evaluate clinical and experimental studies of bronchiectasis.
