薏苡仁汤加减联合针灸对风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎患者VAS评分的影响

Effect of Yiyiren Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on VAS Score in Patients with Wind-Cold-Dampness Arthralgia type Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨薏苡仁汤加减联合针灸对风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛程度的影响。方法选择2017年12月—2019年8月收治的风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎患者100例,根据盲抽法将其分为2组,各50例。对照组行常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用薏苡仁汤加减结合针灸治疗,治疗30 d后,比较2组临床疗效、疼痛程度及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组总有效率高,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论薏苡仁汤加减联合针灸治疗风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎患者临床疗效佳,可减轻疼痛程度,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiyiren decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on vas score in patients with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to August 2019 were enrolled.According to the blind pumping method,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On the basis of this,the observation group was treated with Yiyiren decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.After 30 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,pain level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was high,and the visual analog scale of pain(VAS)was low.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiyiren decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis has good clinical efficacy,which can reduce the degree of pain and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
