中医特色护理结合穴位敷贴在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用

The Intervention Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma in Children

目的探究中医特色护理结合穴位敷贴干预小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法将2018年5月—2019年6月收治的74例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿分为常规组与中医组,每组37例。常规组(2018年5月—2018年10月收治)实施常规护理;中医组(2018年11月—2019年6月收治)则在常规组的基础上实施中医特色护理和穴位贴敷疗法;对比2组症状改善率、肺功能指标变化、不同时间的依从性。结果中医组的症状改善率高于常规组;中医组的FEV1、FVC、夜间PEF、日间PEF水平均高于常规组;中医组干预9d、12d后的依从性高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理结合穴位贴敷干预小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘对改善患儿症状、肺功能指标有促进作用,同时能提高患儿治疗的依从性。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with acupoint application in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods 74 children with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were divided into routine group and traditional Chinese medicine group,with 37 cases in each group.The routine nursing group(from May to October 2018)was treated with routine nursing,while the traditional Chinese medicine group(from November 2018 to June 2019)was treated with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing and acupoint application therapy on the basis of the routine group.The improvement rate of symptoms,the changes of pulmonary function indexes and the compliance at different time were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement rate of symptoms in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the routine group,the PEF level of PEF,at night in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the routine group,and the compliance of the traditional Chinese medicine group after 9 days of intervention was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with acupoint application can improve the symptoms and pulmonary function indexes of children with cough variant asthma,and at the same time,it can improve the compliance of children with cough variant asthma.
