指压按摩护理改善腹部手术后不良反应临床观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Acupressure Massage on Improving Adverse Reactions after Abdominal Operation

目的观察指压按摩护理改善腹部手术后不良反应的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月—2019年6月实施腹部手术的患者178例,按随机数字表法随机分成观察组(指压按摩护理)与对照组(常规护理),通过临床症状评分、康复情况、临床护理效果评价指压按摩护理对改善腹部手术后不良反应的优势。结果护理干预后观察组患者肠鸣音、腹胀痛、胃肠反应、疼痛分级评分结果优于对照组(P<0.01);护理干预后,观察组与对照组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床时间、恢复流质饮食时间、住院时间比较,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);护理干预后,观察组总有效率为96.63%,对照组为83.15%,2组总有效率有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论指压按摩通过拇指、食指、中指压揉穴位,疏通经络,缓解疲劳,减轻疼痛达到改善腹部手术后不良反应的效果,临床上获得了比较满意的护理效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupressure massage on improving the adverse reactions after abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 178 patients who underwent abdominal surgery in our hospital from January to September 20-19 were randomly divided into observation group(acupressure massage nursing)and control group(conventional nursing)according to random number table.The advantage of shiatsu massage nursing to improve the adverse reactions after abdominal surgery was evaluated by clinical symptom score,rehabilitation,clinical nursing effect.Results After the nursing intervention,the clinical symptom scores were compared,the results of bowel sounds,abdominal pain,gastrointestinal reaction and pain grading scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and there were statistical differences(P<0.01).The clinical rehabilitation status was compared after patient intervened,and there were significant statistical differences between the observation group and the control group in the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust time,the first defecation time,the first time to get out of bed,the time to restore fluid diet,and the hospital stay(P<0.01).After the nursing intervention,the total effective rate was 96.63%in the observation group and 83.15%in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two in the total effective rate(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupressure massage obtained a satisfactory clinical effect through the thumb,index finger,middle finger pressure points,dredge the meridians,relieve fatigue,reduce pain to achieve improved side effects after abdominal surgery.
