桑杏地龙汤治疗支气管哮喘热哮证50例

Clinical Observation on Sangxing Dilong Decoction in the Treatment of Heat Asthma Syndrome of Bronchial Asthma for 50 Cases

目的观察桑杏地龙汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期热哮证的临床疗效。方法根据入院就诊顺序,将100例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服自拟桑杏地龙汤。对2组患者治疗第12天时进行治疗有效率、1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、1秒率(FEV1/FVC%)、呼气高峰流量(PEF)进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率96.0%,对照组82.0%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组肺功能均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组患者的FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%及PEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桑杏地龙汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期热哮证临床疗效显著,改善患者临床症状及肺功能,值得临床辨证选用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sangxing Dilong decoction in treating heat asthma in acute attack of bronchial asthma.Method 100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given self-made Sangxing Dilong decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The course of treatment was 12 days.The efficiency,percentage of forced expiratory volume per second(FEV1%),1 second rate(FEV1/FVC)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)were compared between the two groups on the 12 th day of treatment.Result The total effective rate was 96.0%in the treatment group and 82.0%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function of the two groups was significantly improved,and the levels of FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sangxing Dilong decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of heat asthma in the acute stage of asthma.It can improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of the patients,which is worthy of clinical syndrome differentiation selection.
