口服咳喘灵颗粒联合西药雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性肺炎临床观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Oral Kechuanling Granules Combined with Aerosol Inhalation of Western Medicine in the Treatment of Asthmatic Pneumonia in Children

目的探讨口服咳喘灵颗粒联合西药雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的疗效和安全性。方法收集106例喘息性肺炎患儿,根据患儿就诊入院顺序编号,单号选入中西医组,双号选入西医组,每组53例。西医组在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗。中西医组在西医组基础上加口服咳喘灵颗粒治疗。比较2组嗜粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、嗜酸粒细胞(Eos)计数、血清IL-6、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、IL-10水平变化情况,记录2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况,对比2组的临床疗效。结果中西医组的总有效率明显高于西医组(P<0.05),治疗后中西医组ECP、Eos水平明显低于西医组(P<0.05);中西医组IL-6、IL-10水平明显低于西医组(P<0.05),IFN-γ水平明显高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论与单纯的布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗相比,口服咳喘灵颗粒加布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗能更有效的减轻喘息性肺炎患儿的气道炎症反应,改善临床症状,提高疗效,且未增加不良反应,是小儿喘息性肺炎安全有效的一种治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of oral Kechuanling granules combined with aerosol inhalation of western medicine in the treatment of asthmatic pneumonia in children.Methods 106 children with asthmatic pneumonia were collected and numbered according to the order of admission.Single numbered children were selected into the group of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and double numbered children were selected into the group of Western medicine,with 53 cases in each group.Western medicine group was given budesonide suspension oxygen atomization inhalation treatment on the basis of routine treatment.On the basis of the western medicine group,the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with Kechuanling granule orally.The changes of ECP,Eos count,serum IL-6,IFN-gamma and IL-10 levels were compared between the two groups.The adverse reactions during treatment were recorded,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result The total effective rate of TCM and WM group was significantly higher than that of WM group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ECP and Eos in WM group were significantly lower than those in WM group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in WM group were significantly lower than those in WM group(P<0.05),and the levels of IFN-gamma were significantly higher than those in WM group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation alone,oral Kechuanling granule and budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation therapy can more effectively alleviate airway inflammation in children with asthmatic pneumonia,improve clinical symptoms,improve curative effect,and do not increase adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective treatment method for children with asthmatic pneumonia.
