小儿四肢骨折护理中的手术室中医护理临床研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing for Children with Limb Fracture in Operating Room

目的分析小儿四肢骨折护理中的手术室中医护理临床效果。方法选取2018年2月—2019年8月小儿骨科收治的四肢骨折患儿180例,将其平均分为试验组和对照组,每组90例。在对照组当中实行常规的护理管理,在试验组当中实行常规护理加上中医护理,然后将试验组与对照组患儿最终的护理效果进行对比。结果试验组患儿在手术前和手术中的适应度要明显优于对照组,术后患者的疼痛敏感度也优于对照组。与此同时,试验组患儿伤口愈合的时间更短、不良反应发生率更低、家属满意度更高。该差异存在统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿四肢骨折护理当中,实行手术室中医护理可以有效提高治疗效果,因此可以进行大规模的推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in operating room in the nursing of children’s limb fracture.Methods From February 2018 to August 2019,180 children with limb fracture were selected and divided into experimental group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.Routine nursing management was carried out in the control group,and routine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing was carried out in the experimental group.The final nursing effect of the experimental group and the control group were compared.Results The adaptability of the experimental group before and during the operation was significantly better than that of the control group,and the pain sensitivity of the postoperative patients of the experimental group was also better than that of the control group.At the same time,the time of wound healing in the experimental group was shorter,the incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower,and the satisfaction of family members of the experimental group was higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the operating room can effectively improve the therapeutic effect in the nursing of children’s limb fracture,so it can be popularized on a large scale.
