甘麦大枣汤联合鲨肝醇片对血液肿瘤放化疗后血常规及免疫功能的影响及中西医养护分析

Effect of Ganmai Dazao Decoction Combined with Shaganchun Tablets on Blood Routine and Immune Function after Chemotherapy and Chemotherapy in Blood Tumor and Analysis of Conservation of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探究甘麦大枣汤联合鲨肝醇片对血液肿瘤放化疗后血常规及免疫功能的影响及认知护理综合管理分析。方法将90例血液肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予鲨肝醇片,观察组在此基础上给予甘麦大枣汤,连续治疗4周。统计2组临床疗效;比较2组患者治疗前后白细胞计数及免疫功能的差异。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者白细胞计数、免疫指标较治疗前有显著改变(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘麦大枣汤可有效提高血液肿瘤放化疗患者临床疗效,恢复骨髓功能,提高患者免疫功能。

Objective To explore the effect of Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with Shaganchun tablet on blood routine and immune function of blood tumor after radiotherapy and chemotherapy and analysis of comprehensive management of cognitive nursing.Methods 90 patients with hematological tumor in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given Shaganchun tablet,and the observation group was given Ganmai Dazao decoction.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy was analyzed.The differences of white blood cell count and immune function between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count and immune indexes in the two groups were significantly changed compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganmai Dazao decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of chemoradiotherapy in patients with blood tumors,restore the function of bone marrow,and improve the immune function of patients.
