中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

The Curative Effect of the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效。方法回顾性收集2011年8月—2018年5月接收的LDH患者476例,所有患者均给予中西医治疗方法,将其设为试验组;另收集同期接收的单纯给予神经阻滞疗法患者480例为对照组。对比2组患者的疗效及恢复情况。结果治疗后,试验组临床疗效、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予LDH患者中西医结合治疗能够提高疗效,改善患者腰椎功能,缓解疼痛感。

Objective To study the curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)for 476 cases.Methods 476 cases of LDH received in our hospital from August 2011 to May 2018 were collected.All the patients were treated with the traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and were selected as experimental group.At the same time,480 patients received simple nerve block therapy as the control group.The efficacy and recovery of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effect and the assessment of the treatment score(JOA)score of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine with LDH can improve the curative effect,improve lumbar function and relieve pain.
