对比分析中医辨证联合化疗和单纯化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和安全性

Comparative Analysis of the Clinical Effect and Safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Chemotherapy and Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的对中医辨证联合化疗和单纯化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和安全性进行观察分析,进一步加强临床对非小细胞肺癌患者的临床治疗工作。方法本次研究的对象为2017年1月—2019年3月期间接受治疗的90例非小细胞肺癌患者,根据治疗方案的不同对患者进行分组干预,其中对照组患者接受单纯化疗方案治疗,研究组患者则采取中医辨证联合化疗方案,对2组患者的临床治疗结果进行对比分析。结果研究组患者的临床治疗效果高于对照组患者,且研究组患者的临床症状改善情况以及生活质量评分均明显优于对照组患者,研究组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者,2组对比数据有明显差异性,P<0.05。结论在对非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗过程中,对患者采取中医辨证联合化疗方案进行治疗,在有效提高患者的临床治疗效果以及生活质量的同时,可有效改善患者的临床症状,并进一步加强患者治疗过程中的安全性,临床价值明显。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and to further strengthen the clinical treatment of NSCLC patients.Methods The subjects of this study were 90 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019.The patients were divided into groups according to different treatment schemes.The control group received chemotherapy alone,while the study group received TCM syndrome differentiation combined with chemotherapy.The clinical treatment results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The data in the study showed that the clinical effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life score in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the comparison data between the two groups were clear.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The results showed that in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients,TCM syndrome differentiation combined with chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients,at the same time,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and further strengthen the safety of patients in the treatment process.The clinical value is significant.
