中药汤剂配合穴位按摩对剖腹产手术后伤口疼痛的影响

Observation on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Acupoint Massage on Wound Pain after Caesarean Section

目的观察中药汤剂配合穴位按摩对剖腹产手术后伤口疼痛的影响。方法选取2018年1月1日—2018年12月31日收治的474例剖腹产患者,随机平均分为2组,各237例。对照组患者术后行常规疼痛护理,试验组患者在常规护理的基础上行中药汤剂配合穴位按摩对伤口进行护理,对2组患者术后的疼痛视觉模拟评分进行比较分析。结果试验组术后12 h、24 h、48 h及72 h的VAS评分分别低于对照组。结论对剖腹产手术的孕产妇采用中药汤剂配合穴位按摩护理,可有效改善患者的疼痛程度,加快伤口的愈合,值得临床的推广和应用。

Objective Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupoint massage on wound pain after caesarean section.Methods 474 cases of caesarean section in our hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 237 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine pain nursing after operation,while the patients in the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupoint massage for wound nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The visual analogue scores of pain after operation were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of 12 hours,24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after operation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupoint massage nursing for pregnant and lying-in women undergoing caesarean section can effectively improve the pain degree of patients and accelerate wound healing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
