通关利窍针刺法联合康复训练对中风后吞咽障碍患者SSA及MBI评分的影响

The Effect of Tongguan Liqiao Acupuncture Method Combined with Rehabilitation Training on the SSA and MBI Scores of Patients with Dysphagia after Apoplexy

目的探讨通关利窍针刺法联合康复训练对中风后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能评分(SSA)及日常生活活动能力评分(MBI)的影响。方法选择2018年10月1日—2019年8月31日治疗的中风后吞咽障碍患者70例,按照随机数字表法将其分为2组,各35例。其中对照组患者接受单纯康复训练,观察组患者接受通关利窍针刺法联合康复训练。观察2组患者的吞咽功能恢复效果、SSA、MBI评分、饮水试验评分及藤岛一郎吞咽功能评分。结果观察组患者的吞咽功能恢复总有效率(94.26%)明显优于对照组(72.29%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组的SSA、MBI评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通关利窍针刺法联合康复训练对中风后吞咽障碍患者疗效较佳,可以改善患者吞咽功能,提高患者的日常生活能力。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tongguan Liqiao acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on swallowing function score(SSA)and activity of daily living(MBI)score in patients with dysphagia after apoplexy.Methods 70 patients with dysphagia after apoplexy treated in our hospital from October 1,2018 to August 31,2019 were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received simple rehabilitation training,while the patients in the observation group received combined rehabilitation training by Tongguan Liqiao acupuncture.The recovery effect of swallowing function,SSA,MBI score,drinking water test score and rattan,swallowing function score of the island in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate(94.26%)of swallowing function in the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group(72.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the scores of SSA and MBI in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined Tongguan Liqiao acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve the patient’s swallowing function and the daily life of patients.
