补肾益髓汤联合头针对脑梗死患者认知功能的影响

Effect of Bushen Yisui Decoction Combined with Scalp Acupuncture on Cognitive Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨补肾益髓汤联合头针对脑梗死患者认知功能的影响。方法选择2018年3月—2019年4月收治的84例脑梗死患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例),对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予补肾益髓汤联合头针治疗,连续治疗3个月后,对比2组认知功能、生活自理能力。结果治疗后,2组认知功能均改善,观察组MMSE(27.23±2.24)分及MoCA(26.43±2.89)分均高于对照组(23.12±3.13)分、(23.45±3.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组生活自理能力均改善,观察组ADL(72.28±8.67)分高于对照组(62.35±9.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者采用补肾益髓汤联合头针治疗可有效提升患者认知功能,改善其生活自理能力,效果优于西药治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Yishui decoction combined with scalp acupuncture on cognitive function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From March 2018 to April 2019,84 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).The control group was treated with western medicine.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Bushen Yishui decoction combined with scalp acupuncture.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the cognitive function and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the cognitive function was improved in both groups.MMSE(27.23±2.24)and MoCA(26.43±2.89)in the observation group was significantly higher than(23.12±3.13)and(23.45±3.35)in the control group respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-care ability of the two groups was improved after treatment,and the score of ADL in the observation group(72.28±8.67)was significantly higher than that in the control group(62.35±9.28).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yishui decoction combined with scalp acupuncture can effectively improve the cognitive function and self-care ability of patients with cerebral infarction,and the effect is better than that of western medicine.
