Clinical Observation on Desensitization Decoction and Xanthium Powder of Gan Zuwang in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察比较纯中医组、纯西医组、中西医结合组、治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将148例患者随机分为纯中医组42例、纯西医组52例、中西医结合组54例,治疗前、治疗后、治疗后4周均进行症状评分、体征评分,鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷填写。结果纯中医组、纯西医组、中西医结合组治疗前、治疗后RQLQ总评分无统计学差异;治疗后4周,中西医结合组PQLQ总评分要优于纯中医组、纯西医组,有统计学差异。结论纯中医组、纯西医组、中西医结合组均为治疗变性鼻炎有效方法,中西医结合组远期疗效更优。

Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of pure Chinese medicine group,pure western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 148 patients were randomly divided into pure traditional Chinese medicine group(42 cases),pure western medicine group(52 cases)and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(54 cases).Symptoms and signs were scored before,after 4 weeks after treatment,and the quality of life questionnaire related to rhinoconjunctivitis was filled in.Results There was no statistical difference in the total score of RQLQ between the pure Chinese medicine group,the pure western medicine group and the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group before and after treatment.The total score of PQLQ in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was better than that in the pure Chinese medicine group and the pure western medicine group four weeks after treatment,and there had statistical difference.Conclusion Pure Chinese medicine group,pure western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group are all effective methods for the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and the long-term effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group is better.
