中医治疗克罗恩病的若干思考

Some Thoughts on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Crohn’s Disease

克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)是一种不明原因的肠道炎症性疾病,反复发作,迁延不愈,目前尚无根治方法。对于CD,中医多从"腹痛""泄泻"等角度进行辨证论治。其证型大体可分为大肠湿热证、脾虚湿蕴证、寒热错杂证、肝郁脾虚证、气滞血瘀证、脾肾阳虚证及阴血亏虚证七型。中医治法有中药内治法、外治法、中成药及针灸疗法等。当前,中医治疗CD存在诸多优势,但也有许多不足。

Crohn’s disease(CD)is an inflammatory disease of the intestinal tract,which is easy to repeated attack,and there is no cure at present.Traditional Chinese medicine can differentiate and treat CD from the angle of"abdominal pain"and"diarrhea".The syndrome differentiation of CD can be divided into seven types:large intestine damp-heat syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome,cold and heat mixed syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome and yin blood deficiency syndrome.There are many methods to treat CD in TCM:including internal therapy of TCM,external therapy,proprietary Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy.At present,TCM treatment of CD has many advantages,but also has many shortcomings.
