中医院目视管理对消毒供应中心管理的应用

The Application of Visual Management in Disinfection Supply Center Management in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中医院目视管理对消毒供应中心器械管理中的应用价值。方法于2018年3月—2019年3月在消毒供应中心中落实目视管理模式,统计器械清洗合格率、物品包装合格率、卫生学检查合格率和灭菌合格率,评价管理质量,监测微生物,并与2017年2月—2018年2月消毒供应中心常规管理阶段的管理质量进行比较。结果目视管理阶段器械回收、器械清洗、物品包装、卫生学检查、灭菌、物品发放等合格率99.73%、99.67%、99.47%、99.67%、99.47%、99.60%均显著高于常规管理阶段98.53%、98.80%、98.67%、98.20%、98.13%、98.00%,P<0.05;目视管理阶段工作人员工作水平方面评价均显著高于常规管理阶段,P<0.05;目视管理阶段消毒供应中心细菌监测结果显著低于常规管理,P<0.05。结论在消毒供应中心中落实目视管理模式利于保证高质量器械管理水平,优化器械清洗消毒质量,并提高护理人员整体工作质量,控制清洁区环境细菌数量,管理价值较高。

Objective To explore the application value of visual management in disinfection supply center in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,the visual management mode was implemented in the disinfection supply center.The qualified rates of instrument cleaning,article packaging,hygienic inspection and sterilization were counted,the management quality was evaluated,and the management quality was monitored,and the management quality was compared with that of the routine management stage of disinfection supply center from February 2017 to February 2018.Results The cell rate in the target management stage,instrument recovery,instrument cleaning,article packaging,hygienic inspection,sterilization,article distribution,etc.was 99.73%,99.67%,99.67%,99.47%,99.60%,98.80%,98.67%,98.20%,98.13%,98.00%(P<0.05),and the evaluation of staff level in target management stage was significantly higher than that in conventional management stage(P<0.05),and 99.73%,99.67%,99.67%,99.47%,99.47%,99.47%,99.47%,99.47%,99.47%,99.47%,99.47%,99.47%,99.47%,99.47%and 99.60%,respectively.The results of bacterial surveillance in disinfection supply center in target management stage were significantly lower than those in routine management(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of visual management mode in disinfection supply center is beneficial to ensure high quality,the management level of instruments,the optimization of instrument cleaning and disinfection quality,the improvement of the overall working quality of nursing staff,the control of the number of bacteria in the clean area and the high management value.
