针灸联合止涎汤治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症临床观察

Discussion on the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Zhixian Decoction in the Treatment of Cerebral Palsy Salivation in Children

目的探讨针灸联合止涎汤治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症的效果。方法选择2017年3月—2019年6月我院接受治疗的84例小儿脑瘫流涎症患儿作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)。对照组患者采用针灸治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合中药止涎汤治疗,比较2组患者疗效率、治疗前后PI、VP水平及治疗前后智力行为结果情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后PI水平低于对照组,VP水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后适应能力、精细动作、言语、社交行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用针灸联合止涎汤治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症,能够有效控制病情发展,提高患儿的智力行为能力,具有较好的治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of acpuncture and moxibustion combined with Zhixian decoction in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy salivation.Methods 84 children with salivation of cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected as subjects.The random number table was used.They were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Zhixian decoction on the basis of the control group.The effective rate,PI and VP levels before and after treatment and the results of mental behavior before and after treatment was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PI level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the VP level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of adaptability,fine motor,speech and social behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Zhixian decoction can effectively control the development of the disease and improve the intellectual and behavioral ability of children with cerebral palsy.
