通瘀汤治疗脑出血恢复期对患者神经功能的影响

Effect of Tongyu Decoction on Nerve Functionin Convalescent Stage of Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究通瘀汤治疗脑出血恢复期对患者神经功能的影响。方法将2017年10月—2018年10月本院收治的脑出血恢复期患者86例依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗基础上进行中医通瘀汤治疗。对比分析2组患者疗效、神经功能缺损程度及康复情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率(93.02%)比对照组(79.07%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分、NIHSS评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医通瘀汤治疗脑出血恢复期患者可缩短患者的康复时间,提高疗效,患者运动功能状况及日常生活能力也得到了一定的恢复,对临床治疗具有一定的指导意义。

Objective To study the effect of Tongyu decoction on neurological function of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)in convalescent stage.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,86 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in convalescent stage were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Tongyu decoction on the basis of routine western medicine treatment.The curative effect,degree of neurological deficit and rehabilitation of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group(93.02%)was higher than that in the control group(79.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index,Fugl-Meyer score and NIHSS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongyu decoction can shorten the rehabilitation time and improve the curative effect,and the motor function and daily living ability of the patients have been recovered to a certain extent,which has certain guiding significance for clinical treatment.
