百令胶囊联合呼吸康复训练治疗慢阻肺的疗效及对患者肺功能的影响

The Therapeutic Effect of Bailing Capsule Combined with Respiratory Rehabilitation Training on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Its Influence on Pulmonary Function

目的分析百令胶囊联合呼吸康复训练治疗慢阻肺的疗效及对患者肺功能的影响。方法本次研究对象选取2017年3月—2018年4月期间收治的慢阻肺患者40例。随机分为2组,即对照组与观察组。对照组患者呼吸康复训练;观察组患者采取百令胶囊联合呼吸康复训练治疗。对比2组患者治疗后的肺功能的变化情况,生活质量的变化情况,治疗满意度情况以及血气指标值进行分析。结果观察组患者肺功能的恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的血气指标值明显比对照组正常(P<0.05)。结论对慢阻肺的患者使用百令胶囊联合呼吸康复训练治疗效果明显,能够显著提高患者肺功能,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Bailing capsule combined with respiratory rehabilitation training on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its effect on pulmonary function.Methods 40 COPD patients were selected from March 2017 to April 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.Respiratory rehabilitation training was applied in the control group and Bailing capsule combined with respiratory rehabilitation training was applied in the observation group.The changes of pulmonary function,quality of life,treatment satisfaction and blood gas index were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of pulmonary function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood gas index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with respiratory rehabilitation training is effective for COPD patients,and can significantly improve the lung function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
