柴胡桂枝干姜汤加味联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction Combined with Musk Baoxin Pill in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的观察柴胡桂枝干姜汤加味联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者的疗效。方法选取我院UAP患者76例(2017年7月—2019年3月),简单随机法分组。参照组(38例)实施麝香保心丸治疗,联合组(38例)实施柴胡桂枝干姜汤加味+麝香保心丸治疗。对比2组心电图疗效、心绞痛改善及治疗前后炎症因子[同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平。结果联合组总有效率92.11%高于参照组73.68%(P<0.05);联合组治疗28 d后心绞痛发作次数较参照组少,心绞痛持续时间较参照组短(P<0.05);联合组治疗28 d后血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平较参照组低(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝干姜汤加味联合麝香保心丸治疗UAP,能增强心电图疗效,减轻心绞痛症状,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective To observe the effect of modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction combined with Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 76 patients with UAP in our hospital(from July 2017 to March 2019)were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(38 cases)was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pill,and the combined group(38 cases)was treated with modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction and Shexiang Baoxin pill.The effects of ECG,improvement of angina pectoris and levels of inflammatory factors(Hcy and hs-CRP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 92.11%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.68%)(P<0.05).The number of angina attacks in the combined group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum Hcy and hs-CRP in the combined group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction combined with Shexiang Baoxin pill can enhance the curative effect of ECG,alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
