疏肝健脾解郁汤治疗抑郁性失眠临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Shugan Jianpi Jieyu Decoction on Depressive Insomnia

目的观察分析对抑郁性失眠患者在临床中行疏肝健脾解郁汤进行治疗的效果。方法将我院2019年1月—2019年6月收治的94例抑郁性失眠患者以随机数字表法分组,划分为参照组(47例)与试验组(47例),参照组接受常规西医方式治疗,试验组接受疏肝健脾解郁汤治疗,观察统计临床治疗效果以及治疗前后HAMD评分、PSQI评分情况,并对比分析。结果参照组与试验组临床治疗总有效率分别为82.98%、93.62%,对比显示试验组更高(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者组间对比HAMD评分、PSQI评分情况无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组上述评分情况均显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对于抑郁性失眠患者,疏肝健脾解郁汤治疗可帮助改善抑郁情绪、提高睡眠质量,从而提升整体治疗效果,在临床中值得进一步推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction on depressive insomnia.Methods 94 patients with depressive insomnia in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were divided into control group(47 cases)and experimental group(47 cases)by random number table.The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine,while the experimental group was treated by Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction.The clinical therapeutic effect,HAMD score and PSQI score before and after treatment were observed and compared.Result The total effective rates of the control group and the experimental group were 82.98%and 93.62%respectively,which were higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMD score and PSQI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above scores in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with depressive insomnia,the treatment of Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction can help improve depressive mood and sleep quality,thereby improving the overall treatment effect,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
