骨伤复原汤联合手法复位治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Gushang Fuyuan Decoction Combined with Manipulative Reduction in the Treatment of Senile Distal Radius Fracture

目的探讨骨伤复原汤联合手法复位治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月—2019年6月收治的桡骨远端骨折老年患者122例,随机分为2组,各61例。对照组实施手法复位,观察组在对照组基础上增用骨伤复原汤,连续治疗4周。对比2组临床疗效、关节活动度。结果试验组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);拆除后2周,试验组旋前度、旋后度、背伸度、掌屈度、桡偏度等均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法复位联合骨伤复原汤共同治疗桡骨远端骨折效果显著,有效促进患者骨伤复位、愈合,恢复肢节正常活动能力。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gushang Fuyuan decoction combined with manual reduction in the treatment of senile distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 122 elderly patients with distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from February 20 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 61 cases in each.The control group was treated with manual reduction,and the observation group was supplemented with Gushang Fuyuan decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and joint mobility of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after dismantling,the observation group had pre-rotation degree,supination degree,back extension,palm flexion degree,and sacral deviation degree.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulative reduction combined with Gushang Fuyuan decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of distal radius fractures,which can effectively promote the reduction and healing of bone injury and restore the normal activity of limbs.
