焦虑抑郁状态患者与血糖及同型半胱氨酸水平的相关性研究

Research on the Correlation between Anxiety and Depression and Blood Glucose and Homocysteine Levels

目的探索研究焦虑抑郁状态患者与空腹血糖(FBG)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平之间的相关性。方法根据纳入及排除标准选取2016年1月—2018年12月于山西省中医院老年病科就诊患者140例(研究组:焦虑抑郁状态患者64例;对照组:身心健康正常人76例)。通过对其空腹血糖及同型半胱氨酸水平的生化指标观察,研究其相关性。结果研究组患者的空腹血糖和同型半胱氨酸水平均高于对照组,差别有统计学意义;且研究组患者的空腹血糖和同型半胱氨酸水平与其焦虑、抑郁量表评分呈正相关。结论焦虑抑郁状态患者与空腹血糖(FBG)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平之间有关联性。通过对焦虑抑郁状态患者生化指标的调整以提高该疾病治愈率与患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the correlation between anxiety and depression and fasting blood glucose(FBG)and homocysteine(Hcy).Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,140 geriatric patients were selected from the department of geriatrics of Shanxi Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2018(study group:64 patients with anxiety and depression;control group:76 healthy persons).By observing the biochemical indexes of fasting blood sugar and homocysteine level,the correlation was studied.Results The levels of fasting blood sugar and homocysteine in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The levels of fasting blood sugar and homocysteine in the study group were positively correlated with the scores of anxiety and depression scale.Conclusion There is a correlation between anxiety and depression and fasting blood glucose(FBG)and homocysteine(Hcy).The cure rate and quality of life of patients with anxiety and depression is improved by adjusting the biochemical indicators.
