大青龙汤联合综合护理干预治疗小儿哮喘外寒内热证的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Daqinglong Decoction Combinedwith Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Asthma in Children of Syndrome of External Cold and Internal Heat

目的研究大青龙汤联合综合护理干预治疗小儿哮喘外寒内热证的临床效果。方法选取哮喘外寒内热证患儿54例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取抗感染联合雾化治疗,观察组给予大青龙汤治疗,2组均实施综合护理干预。结果观察组的临床有效率高于对照组,治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组的中医证候积分显著降低且肺功能明显改善(P<05)。结论大青龙汤联合综合护理干预有效缓解哮喘外寒内热症患儿的临床症状,改善肺功能。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Daqinglong decoction combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of children with asthma syndrome of external cold and internal heat.Methods 54 children with asthma syndrome of external cold and internal heat were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with anti-infection combined atomization,the observation group was treated with Daqinglong decoction,and both groups were given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly reduced and the lung function was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Daqinglong decoction combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with asthma with cold outside and fever inside and improve lung function.
