温和灸联合情志护理对原发性痛经的干预效果

The Intervention Effect of Mild Moxibustion Combined with Emotional Nursing on Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的研究穴位温和灸联合情志护理对原发性痛经患者的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月之间在我院妇产科就诊的50例原发性痛经患者为研究对象,按治疗先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组实施经期常规护理、疼痛明显时予西医药物治疗;观察组在经期常规护理基础上采用艾条中极、地机、三阴交穴位温和灸缓解疼痛,同时进行情志护理。观察2组患者的疼痛缓解情况及生活质量。结果干预后,2组患者的疼痛分数及生活质量分数均显著优于干预前,差异显著,P<05;经干预后,观察组患者的疼痛分数及生活质量分数均显著优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论对原发性痛经患者进行温和灸联合情志护理,能够明显缓解患者痛经,提高患者生活质量,值得进一步研究并推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of acupoint mild moxibustion combined with emotional care on patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 50 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who admitted to our department of obstetrics and gynecology from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with regular menstrual care and the western medicine was treated when the pain was obvious.On the basis of the regular nursing of the menstrual period,the observation group used Zhongji(RN3),Diji(SP8),Sanyinjiao(SP6)acupuncture and mild moxibustion to relieve pain,and at the same time carried out emotional care.The pain relief,psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,the pain score,HAD score and quality of life score of the two groups were significantly better than those before the intervention,and the difference was significant P<0.05.Moreover,after the intervention,the pain score,HAD score and quality of life score of the observation group were all significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was significant P<0.05.Conclusion Mild moxibustion combined with emotional care for patients with primary dysmenorrhea can significantly alleviate dysmenorrhea,improve patients’bad mood and improve patients’quality of life.It is worthy of further research and application.
